BOOKING •Calendar opens every 20th of the month at 12pm, for the following month (Ex: January 20th open February, February 20th opens March,etc) •The website is 100% accurate, if calendar shows no appointments, I have no appointments. If someone cancels calendar will update automatically. •$25 deposit is required within 24hrs of booking via cash app ($shayt89) or zelle (702 807-3702). After 24 hrs your appointment request will be DENIED!! •Braiding hair is included with your service(Color 1,1b,2,4). I DO NOT provide hair for weave styles or crochet. •If you would like to get a shampoo please add-on shampoo with your service. •All styles start at midback, for extra length please add-on to your service CANCELLATIONS •Deposit is non-refundable. You may transfer your deposit ONE TIME if change is made within 48 hours of your appointment date. Less than 48 hours notice will lose deposit, and another deposit will need to be made when booking another service. •To reschedule or cancel please refer to your email • Pre-booking and Vip appointment deposits are Non-refundable and Non-transferable LATE POLICY •Please try to be on time for your appointment. If you are 15 mins late there will be a $25 late fee added to service. (NO EXCEPTIONS). 20 MINUTES LATE WILL BE CONSIDERED NO CALL/NO SHOW AND DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. PRE-BOOKING/VIP BOOKING •If you would like to pre-book before the calendar opens on the 20th. You may do so by reaching out to me directly before the 20th. Pre-booking is an additional $75 added to the service you choose. Fee must be paid at time of booking and is NON REFUNDABLE, NON TRANSFERABLE. • VIP booking will be offered if you would like your hair done outside of my business hours (Ex: Sunday,Monday, before 8am or after 6pm). Vip booking is an additional $100 added to the service you choose. Fee must be paid at time of booking and is NON REFUNDABLE, NON TRANSFERABLE.
